RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Many thinks to like in NanoXplore presentation Will101,
I had no doubt that Nouveau Monde Graphite would deliver for me.
This is just the mere beginning of what NMG is to accomplish.
That stock price is heading to price points which will have you droppingd your jaw in awe.
My accumulated Noveau Monde Graphite equity investment amounts to a mere tenth of my equity investment placed here with NanoXplore.
When I generate my 300% ROI with NOU.V, I'll take 200% of that return on investment and didicate that capital to extracting myself from 95% of my current NanoXplore equity investment position.
By the way, Nouveau monde Graphite management were collectively the ones who actually did learn something specific from NanoXplore's Mr. Soroush Nazarpour & Co and from investissement Quebec representatives - who are into the financing of both companies like white on riice.
Nouveau monde Graphite management borrowed from NanoXplore the strategy involving having NMG customers also bringing to the table more than enough requisite capital investment (investment grade capacity in fact) with which to build and operate the very manufacturing facilities intended to service such offtake purchase order provisioning customers/partners and apportioned VoltaXplore equity owners.
You are right though, i.e. NanoXplore management does present as quite intentionally wanting to keep dragging it's assets, so to speak.
It's all about the interest rate to be paid on an overall $500 Million worth of capital which is to be lent towards furthering the 2GWh manufacturing capacity VoltaXplore enterprise and actually bringing it to fruition.
When the only real and immensely secure ROI to be consistently realized from the spending of $500 Million on the VoltaXplore build is to be attained by those parties lending that overall $500 Million worth of capital, the dispute and the delay (negotiation, if you will) lies in locking in and locking down the lowest conceivable borrowing costs for the initial tranches of that overall $500 Million worth of capital required.
During the first 3 to 5 years of VoltaXplore's operation, there is comparatively no great profit to be realized by manufacturing and selling forward a mere 2GWh capacity worth of graphene enhanced battery cells annually, i.e. whatever revenues generated or even profit which is to be somehow realized will be gone quicker than a odiferous fart released into hurricane force winds.
Always remember that the most lucrative profit is to be had by those lending and in any other way provisioning $500 Million worth of capital for the VoltaXplore project build.
Heck, the various lenders (investissement Quebec, Royal Bank and/or others) would have preferred to lock in their lending at the highest possible corporate lending rates. It's likely that Mr. Nazarpour kindly told them to stuff that idea.
That could be the primary reason as to why the entire VoltaXplore build is being delayed; along with the fact being that the Canadian Federal Government hasn't been forthcoming with the Strategic Innovation Fund grant monies and the Canada Growth Fund capital assitance.
Anywho. Nouveau Monde Graphite is now clearly in play and NanoXplore is not.
