RE:Lisa ex-CEO of Vitalhub African twin, maybe we need history and chronology here as we await what you say will come from Scott. (I'd still like to know your relationship with RHT personnel.)
I don't know when they changed name to RHT from Moseda but during latter's time all of the following happened.
After changing their business from a mineral properties owner, Golden Ventures??, there was the RTO by Mobsafety, which put them in a quite different line of business something to do with fleet monitoring. One of the guys from Mobsafety became Moseda's CEO until early 2016..
Then came the acqun of Carekit in feb 2016. Now Crossley signed the NR on the latter's purchase by Moseda and at that time also announced the appts of Giancarlo De Lio, BSc, MBA as Chief Visionary Officer at Moseda, a guy who you must know was at Mt. Sinai with Crossley, and a Mr. Leo Godreault, RN as Vice President, Products. What happened to him I don't know but Del Leo is the guy I've referred to before.
Crossley actually come on board, as you well know,Jan 2016 (and I say you know because you copied that CV from the NR announcing her appt), just a month before the Carekit purchase and her old colleague De Lio joining her again.
Now, for the record, the VHI t/o by Quinsam occurred about Sept 2017, long after Crossley joined Moseda, when it was stated VHI had about $550K in revenues in prior years and a neg BV of minus $6MM, and the debt of $6MM was then eliminated. However in 2012 or 2013 Crossley (and I am still unsure if she had titile of CEO, was then stating even then that " VitalHub expects to generate >$1M in revenue in 2013 and achieve cashflow positive in 2014." (Gust.com company's report.)
Sound familiar!!!!!!
Enough said eh. But the debacle that became RHT under SEVEN years of Crossley being at the helm in terms of both CEO and a three-person BoD is very clear...On the other hand you should see what new blood VHI brought on board from the outset: real, seasoned businessmen. And, of course, Crossley's name is not mentioned anywhere in the transaction becasue she was LONG GONE..
