RE:RE:RE:NGC Management, ie Hugues, are a JOKE, I'll tell you why...Gorilladome47,

You said "
Ah student zero...I'm going to reply to only once because I like your effort.  You fall just short of somewhere in between, 'you're growing on me, to you're irritatingly bat crazy.' "

I am still having a chuckle after reading your initial statement Gorilladome47.

Your description of how old you believe me to be is as hysterically entertaining as your first statement; and the bit about me being as old as Bissett Creek dirt was equally as entertaining. The tin foil hat bit is sufficient for a good laugh too and the "
gibberish onslaught of constant crazy" comment was BEAUTIFUL, lol!

"
Just invision a really old dude, sitting in that rocking chair all day, tin foil hat firmly affixed to the top of his head, laptop on his dinner tray...asking anyone that comes over to please put all cell phones and electronic devices into the sealed tin foil lined box located in the oven for extra crazy protection."

After reading that bit, I was ROTFLMAO!
Heck, to some extent I'm still smiling, at times uncontrollably when remembering what you wrote about me.
You present as quite the wannabe comedian Gorilladome47

You stated "
If NOU has such amazing assets....the best, highest quality graphite deposit in North America, the world, the universe, the next universe etc....why did they feel it necessary and a requirement that they purchase Mason Graphite's horrible deposit....you know the one that is full of small, medium and fines...probably one of the lowest quality undeveloped deposits around...the same one that Mason tried years ago to sell to Northern which was laughable then as it is now."

With respect to Nouveau Monde Graphite purchasing the Lac Gueret graphite property, you certainly present as having a burr under your saddle.
The simple answer to your question is long term graphite reserves; and high quality graphite reserves at that.
Eric Desaulniers was being called everyday about NOUs option to purchase 100% of Lac Gueret. Panasonic representatives and GM representatives were adamant about NOU locking down exclusive access to lac Gueret.
The kind, quality and quantum of flake graphite, carbon content specifically, present at Lac Gueret had GM representatives and likely even LG representatives bat sh crazy about the prospect of also locking into Lac Gueret graphite reserves for the future.

You clearly suggested years ago Mason Graphite representatives tried to sell Lac Gueret project to Industrial Minerals Canada Inc, now Northern Graphite Corporation.
Do tell? What was the price Mason Graphite representatives had been asking?
You do know which company had/has a perpetual graphite supply agreement encumbering the 100% ownership of Lac Gueret graphite property, yes?
You do know that Nouveau Monde Graphite representatives would have had to be well aware of such an encumbering and perpetual graphite materials supply agreement which would need to be in some specific way honored by Nouveau Monde Graphite?
By the way, I haven't had Kool-Aid for a long while now.
I am impervious to liquid bullpucky and pulpucky of all sorts.
What's more. I would have taken Jim Jones out while he was on the toilet and in the process of sqeezing out another loaf, lol!

You said "Forge Nano, NOU's be anode tech answer is a joke in my opinion.  Go to their website and see if you can find anything that talks about specifically anode grade tech...this time, remove your tin foil hat again, you know, for clarity."

Forge Nano is building a 1 GWh battery cells manufacturing facility in North Carolina.
Forge Nano will most likely be employing SPCG "BAM" manufactured by Nouveau monde Graphite within their propreietary Lithium-ion battery cells.
Forge Nano's proprietary spheronization, purification and coating technologies, the very proprietary technolgies being employed by Nouveau Monde Graphite presently and in future at it's full scale Becancour SPCG "BAM" manufacturing facility location, have been validated, qualified and certified for full scale use by Panasonic and now GM snot nosed boy.

Graphex Technologies LLC is in play, i.e. right after it's equity ownership is 100% sold to the interested parties owning 100% of that NASDAQ-listed SPAC.
With respect to the U.S. "IRA" and the now clarified meaning of "a foreign entity of concern, a foreign entity of concern is clearly defined now as a company having more than 25% of it's equity controlled by a person or persons and/or company or companies "proven to be" in some way under the implied or explicit control on behalf of China, Russia, Iran, etc., generally "unfriendlies"
Again, once the 100% equity ownership of
Graphex Technologies LLC is purchased by those who are 100% controlling that NASDAQ-listed SPAC, the proprietary "BAM" technological capabilities residing therein and the entire 100% U.S. domiciled and 100% U.S based equities investors owned business enterprise will be 100% eligible for U.S. Government funded grants, loans and various other U.S. Government assitance made possible by the existence of the U.S "IRA".
Graphex Technologies LLC has validated, qualified and has had certified it's propriatary SPCG "BAM" with U.S, based automotive manufacturers and their respective battery cells manufacturing partners.
Put that in your pipe ans moke it Gorilladome47.
That suite of propriatary technologies and capabilities is coming to America and will be controlled by persons and investors allied with America.
I bet that's what John DeMaio said.

You stated "
NOU needs like between one and one and a half billion for their mine etc...and no, they don't have all their permits, there are problems and issues with the mine, or again why did they have to go out and purchase Mason's crappy deposit?...our really really good world class mine is going to cost us 1.5 billion to build, but instead of not being able to afford that, lets go out and buy another crappy mine so we have two mines we can't afford to build...because that makes so much sense???  Come on man, ur killing me."

Yes it's approximately $1.5 Billion for the Matawine graphite mining project, inclusive of all Phase 2 expenditures and yes Nouveau Monde Graphite does have all it's necessary permits in place.
This is a joint Canadian Federal Canadian Government, Quebec provincial Government, Panasonic, GM and soon U.S. Federal government supported graphite mines to finished SPCG "BAM" process manufacturing endeavor.
As I said earlier, all the interested parties wanted to ensure that at least 50 years worth of high quality graphite material reserves was available to Nouveau Monde Graphite and it's customers.
That to be built Hydro Quebec hydro-electric transmission and distribution corridor leading straight to the Matawine mine site would be authorized by the Quebec provincial government.
The CAQ leadership will say
 "make it so"
No environmentalists or permitting pullpucky is about to step in the way of this GM, Panasonic, Mitsui, Investissement Quebec, CDPQ, Canada Strategic Innovation Fund, Canada Growth Fund, U.S. DOD and DOE supported investment entity Gorilladome47.

Forget enough is enough.
It's never enough Gorilladome47

BASF is coming for NGC. BASF is coming for it all.
