The Company also wishes to announce a private placement offering of units of the Company (each a "Unit") at $0.68 per Unit for up to $2,025,000 (the "Private Placement"). Each Unit will be comprised of one (1) common share in the share capital of the Company (an "Offered Share") and one common share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one (1) common share in the share capital of the Company (a "Warrant Share") at a price of $0.68 per share at any time on the date that is three (3) years from the date of the issuance of the Units.
