RE:Analyst Reactions

RE:Analyst ReactionsSsssshhhhhh. Be Vewy vawy kwiet. We're sneaking up on $20 !!  I think of the tenant turnover/rent increase phenomenon as the equivalent of a backlog of high margin orders for a manufacturer. As long as current market rents are well above the urgent inventory of rents, there is a continuous improvement  in the portfolio as new tenants sign higher leases in line with the market. Vacancy rates remain extremely low. Canada is exploding in population compared to all other western countries. Now if we can get a little bump in our divy, and/or buyback stock, my target of $25+ for 2024 is very realistic. GLTA
