This is my point and disgust with the current and previous management. Why can't the CEO come out and say that it is business as usual, advise on the speed on contracts, deployement, etc. This is brutal that Scott can come out and say this even if he has zero credibility with stakeholders.

It is pretty simple the general public has invested in your company and should be treated with respect. That is constant communications, whether they are bad or good and just let people know that you are working hard and you are ACTUALLY STILL IN BUSINESS.
