Fact or Fiction??? Disappointed Smileys

This rallied about five months to the same .035 -then back down to
the usaul .015.
I would not get too excited at this unless it hits at least a new high of
-.04 -.10 .
Disapointing close of .025 today.
Question is-will it continue its climb back next week? Making A Wish Smileys
