Is NGC NASDAQ Bound? Can it be? Ah! $0.18 to $22.00Harley103,
Yes Europe, namely Germany's Heraeus Group, has already taken Northern Graphite Corporation under it's wing and has already locked down most, if not all of the graphite production derived from the now quite obviously proven up reserve at Lac des Illes.
After all, those previously Heraeus Group owned battery materials R&D assets and highly qualified and highly specialized experienced retaining battery materials scientists, the comprehensive "PorocarbTM" High-performance porous hard carbon anode and cathode additive coating product IP development and commercialization license and the exclusively made available use of that 100 tpa pilot scale "PorocarbTM" process manufacturing facility; all that did not get funnelled into Northern Graphite Corporation for no reason.
A specifically intended purpose is what had Heraeus Group stakeholders allowing for this specific and very quick building up of NGC's technical, intellectual properties and real world 100 tonnes per annum process manufacturing capabilities pertaining to battery materials components.
It's clear that NGC has always planned to sell both graphite material and "BAM" to European customers; and everybody can bet their assets that Heraeus Group employed materials scientists made sure that during the previously invested ten year period certain Europe based battery materials manufacturers, e.g. Umicore, BASF, did collaboratively performance test, validate, qualify and certify the Heraeus Group owned "PorocarbTM" High-performance porous hard carbon anode and cathode additive coating product.
It's not surprising though that it takes some serious explaining on the part of NGC to have the greater equities investments community participants be able to better grasp precisely what a product such as the "PorocarbTM" High-performance porous hard carbon anode and cathode additive coating is to be applied to, as pertains to the Military commercial industrial sector specifically. It's no coincidence that a former U.S. Major General has been brought on board as a senior advisor to NGC's CEO and the company's board of Directors representatives.
Clearly, there is a "friendly" proprietary technological and specialized capabilities equipped hand being stretched out by and on behalf of a Germany based specialized industrial corporation, Heraeus Group.
Heraeus Group has done so on behalf of Germany's "interests" in supporting it's U.S. and Canadian allies in their quest to continue to expedite the forging of a much stronger North American critical elements materials mines to finished battery materials components and battery cells manufacturing supply chain.
That is precisely what foundationally supports the very actions undertaken by and on behalf of Northern Graphite Corporation representatives and shareholders, Heraeus Group stakeholders and by representatives of the Government of Germany, Germany being a founding EU member state and U.S ally and the single largest economy within Europe and most of the world.
Should Heraeus Group possess a requisite "key proprietary technological capability" for companies like BASF, Umicore and others to manufacture and supply both High-performance cathode active materials and now also anode active material component to their respective battery cells manufacturing customers and also their respective automotive manufacturer partners, you can bet your assets that Northern Graphite Corporation is now an integrally important player in allowing for such "key proprietary technological capability" to be capitalized upon by and on behalf of companies such as Heraeus Group, BASF, Umicore, etc.
Northern Graphite Corporation may be NASDAQ bound people; and you certainly can't buy that for a dollar.
