Frontier Lithium Massacred This Week - 50 cents & Struggling

Frontier Lithium Massacred This Week - 50 cents & StrugglingGood that I lightened the FL position just before the crash.

If I see a President change, (my preference is the VP exploration/geology with the scars & operation experience to know who to contact to make things happen) then perhaps I re-load at sinking share prices as this highest grade Lithium company sinks backwards.

Again and again, lessons learned from the FL debacle:

  • The ability of the management team to accomplish planned project milestones is EVERYTHING.  To date, only geology accomplished.
  • Re-pricing options typically results in "new lower lows" (the progressive downward spiral cyclone).
  • Significantly increasing management salaries for accomplishing nothing except baby sitting the office water cooler & adding to faster burn rate on limited financial resources.
  • Poor selection of additional Directors and management.
All of the above generally leads to the demise of a company that was once peaking within the Lithium industry.

The in-fighting is just beginning at FL as the organization share price crumbles.  Interesting to watch.

Meanwhile, CRE appears to systematically and progressively be moving forward with positive approach and recovering share price in a lower Lithium price environment.

I still envision an eventual takover of both CRE and FL by PMET or others.
Possibly FL goes first, only because FL is currently an easy target to acquire as the fatigued FL shareholders are willing to give up their shares at almost any price to any group who can takeover and motivate operational change and progress.
