RE:RE:With all of Else's products
It seems we don't have all the information we need to KNOW what's going on.
Else is doing well in their space, so why would they licence their formula to a competitor to be used to compete with their own brand?
As well, why would Danone do it this way? Are they testing their current market first for customer acceptance under their brand before a buyout?
If the product works out for Danone under their brand, then what? Is Else going to continue to provide a succesful product to competitor for a fee?
If there's going to be a buyout upon a succesful launch, what does that look like?
I can't see Else continuing a licence agreement with a competitor for just the reward of a fee. They're smart and they've come too far to just dole out their recipies to competitors for a small fee. If you belive that they will continue with the fee structure going forward, in my opinion you must also believe they are corrupt or incompetent.
