If they were consistently delivering and acquiring good projects at the right price, they would be able to fund development and the equity for construction-ready projects from the revenue of operating assets. The fact that they have to keep raising capital means they have failed to deliver accretive projects, and this is why there needs to be a shake-up. This group has had well over a decade to deliver shareholder value and has failed.
