RE:RE:Is NGC NASDAQ Bound? Can it be? Ah! $0.18 to $22.00Harley103,

You stated "
What I'm interested in is how will NGC structure the NR and what sequence will we see."

I haven't the foggiest idea as to how Pav Jordan plans on structuring the news releases and what sequence of company news will come out first or in conjunction, within the same news release.
What I do know is what I expect.

1. The proving up of the new graphite reserve at the Lac des Illes mine

2. The expansion (a doubling) of the existing Lac des Illes graphite material processing plants capacity, in order to accomodate the doubled rate of mined graphite feedstock at LDI and to accomodate the Mousseau West and Mosseau East graphite mining operation and perhaps even the "toll processing" of Graphano Energy Ltd's graphite reserve, i.e. when that reserve is sufficiently deleniated and proven up.

3. The coming earn-in capital investment funding of the further development of at least one other NGC graphite mine project, likely the Okanjande Namibia graphite mine project for NGC's European based oftake purchase orders issuing customers, thanks to Heraeus Group for that supporting introduction.

I also expect that an offtake purchase agreement will be provided to NGC for the "PorocarbTM" High-performance porous hard carbon anode and cathode active material coating additive product, as part in parcel of a binding Joint Ventured graphite value-add products commercialization agreement amongst NGC and at least one collaborating NDA signatory which Heraeus Group had previously been validating, qualifying and certifying the "PorocarbTM" High-performance porous hard carbon anode and cathode active material coating additive product with over a ten year period.
By the way, 10 years worth of dedicated development for a product such as the "PorocarbTM" High-performance porous hard carbon anode and cathode active material coating additive product is very much a sufficient timeframe for a company such as Heraeus Group to have already completed the real world in battery cells samples performance testing and validating, qualifying and the requisite certifying of the "PorocarbTM" High-performance porous hard carbon anode and cathode active material coating additive product with companies like
Umicore, Volkswagen and it's Power Co subsidiary, BASF, Ford, Stellantis, Renault and various global battery cells manufacturing companies.

First though, the very opportunities to be provisioned by NGC for such kinds, quality and quantum of customers and "earning in" joint venture partners, i.e. the opportunity to be welcomed into fiscally supporting the overall strategic corporate development investment plan being proposed by the Northern Graphite Corporation enterprise representatives, need to be successfully provisioned in a expedited fashion.
Clearly, Germany's Heraeus Group's involvement is certainly great; and yet, for some reason the Heraeus Group name brand and it's very serious initial pole position involvement in integrally supporting Northern Graphite Corporation in it's various strategic business development endeavors simply did not have the intended greatly positive impact on the NGC.V share price.
Perhaps Northern Graphite Corporation's share price is going to need the official confirmation of at the very least one in a European trifecta of company brand names recognition in order to have the NGC.V share price rocketed upward and sustained with an upward bias?

Can it be that Northern Graphite Corporation may be NASDAQ bound?
