RE:Stock price Sucks!

RE:Stock price Sucks!Agreed they have a high quality asset. My concern and nothing has happened thus far to provide any encouragement is they are in control of exactly zero.

Permits take forever and are not a given.

First Nations are a nightmare to deal with generally and can be a never ending drain of capitol with Band and Chief and council infighting, nepotism and sketchy accounting to say the least. There are dozens of roads that need to be built to remote communities but somehow they never get done.. I live in manitoiba btw and spent many years up north so have personal experience in this regard.

The governement is usually more concerned with photo ops and the next election than actually doing something tangible and putting real investment to work. The Environment Ministers comments this week about EV's not being as big a solution as we first thought were clueless and agenda driven.

I don't have faith in the Walkers to be honest as they seem to prefer hiding to answering questions and providng investors with reasons to stick around.

Yes the resource is top notch and I am holding a decent number of shares for that reson but my hope is some real Austrailian leadershop comes in at some point.  These folks can't get a road built never mind a mine or a processing plant.

I'm patient now but not forever..
