But Dave - don't you think that some people won't botherwith prescription - if they can buy it from a club or grow it themselves?
But if you already qualify for a prescription now - why would there be a rush for new prescritpions when it's descheduled?
You seem very informed on the German issue - at least you post cut and pastes daily anyway - what is your best estimate of what Tilray's market share and related annual revenue will be withn the legislation?
Some have suggested 20% - that's ridiculous of course - but what would you feel is an accurate revenue number, based on your demonstrated knowledge of the German legalziation process?
I do agree with you - that Tilray will show zero benefit from the legislation regarding recreational cannabis.

Tilray Brands - German Market By
I noticed some people posting absolute lies.
Attached link is the German Pillar 1 CanG (cannabis) law and Medical Cannabis Law voted and passed Aug 16, 2023.
Being voted on in the Finance, Health & Social committees Feb 21 & 22, 2024. Comes into law April 1, 2024.
NOTE: Pillar 1, for Rec purposes, includes minor grow ops clubs. Nothing for Tilray except maybe sell seeds or clippings?
However, Medical Cannabis is being passed and Descheduled from the Narcotics List. No need for narcotics prescriptions.
Experts predicted a 10 fold increase to prescriptions within 12 months. German Health Care covers prescribed Medical Cannabis.
