This Stockhouse NanoXplore investors bulliten board has not deteriorated.
Highly invested NanoXplore equities Investors, such as myself obviously, are not in any way happy with the far too convenient timing and the way all those options were exercised and the resulting vested shares then entirely dumped to market by or on behalf of "The Greedy One", a.k.a. Mr. Rocco Marinaccio.
The questions about these particular options having been exercised and the resulting GRA.T shares either dumped to market or sold in private transaction with a preferred broker dealer have already been asked and answered and the resulting optics certainly don't look good for NanoXplore.
We can all attribute the resulting pejorative sentiment associated with any equities investment in NanoXplore to specific failures on the part of NanoXplore officers and directors.
NanoXplore management have no doubt collectively had great successes and I have been one of the first to congratulate NanoXplore management on such successful achievements. Heck I purchased more than 25% of my net worth in GRA.T shares because of a specificallly conveyed assurance by NanoXplore management on behalf of NanoXplore and also because of such successes alluded to.
You speak of misinformation ridethe winners.
Since you deem it to be misiinformation, state your case and prove it to be misiinformation.; if not, you should spare participants here your inaccurate characterization of what has been said by highly vested NanoXplore shareholders here. "Misinformation", Pff!
Can you prove that there won't be a massively dilutive $150 Million equity financing initiative priced at $2.00 brought down like a scythe scything through the equity investment values held by we "minority" NanoXplore equities investors?

Because I certainly am forced now to reconsider and seriously doubt what I was told now, you too should consider that perhaps it could have been me who may have been intentionally misinformed by or on behalf of NanoXplore, this when I was assured that I should not be in any way concerned by a potential massively dilutive $150 Million equity financing initiative being undertaken by and on behalf of NanoXplore. I was assured that the capital required for the VoltaXplore build "is coming from outside investors and the government"?
Here are some exact words conveyed to me ridethewinners.

Finally, I'll say that without any shred of doubt I was the most vociferous cheerleader for NanoXplore and even for the company's founder and CEO when justifiably required.
