TVIRD's assets include the wholly owned Balabag gold-silver mine and Siana gold mine (Siana). We still need 3 scnario to happen
1. Tvird buyout tvi let say at 0.10$ for around 70M$ 
2. Tvird going public and 33% or their valuation can be add to the market cap of tvi in Canada 
3. After they payoff the debt tvird can raise dividend to TVI and cliff can vote to give quaterly or yearly dividend. This will probably not happened,  it required a lot of cash.

I know i said a few times at this point that i'm going to sell and move on , but they are not a lot of buyers at 0.025$ so i'll just wait a few more years. Sometimes i got mad when i think about the time loss with this stock. Sorry about that.
