RE:RE:Food for thought

RE:RE:Food for thoughtSmith was not a student when he co-founded the company with Charles D. Robbins in 1986. Robbins passed away a few years in. The original CFO was one Ross MacDonald who ran a firm with a portfolio of several juniors needing outsourcing at the time. His company was called Prime Equities based in Vancouver. Don't know the details but he got into some problem or other and understand, somehow, today's CFO, working with him in some capacity took over his files. Perhaps you can ask someone in Vancouver, who was a contemporary  what happened there.    It opened the door for the current CFO and  the company's head office address. It is remarkable that there was such a long standing working relationship between the current CFO and Smith.

Sheridan was a 50% partner in some of the main projects, the Iron properties that were sold to Champion and the Magpie for example.  Sheridan did not have any interest in the ROF claims.

Goodman was a classmate of Smith at McGill University.
