This will impact the global order. Cuba will remain out in the cold and by extension so will Sherritt. To think the USA could shore-up nickel supply just 90 miles away but chooses not to so as not to give the late castro's something to smile about. The USA will either choke them out to force regime change or invade. Both scenarios aren't good for Sherritt.
