It's all about "slicing" but once again it is "network slicing" - no mention whatever of "spectrum slicing".

And our friend Sammy is back after a 50 day absence but looking at his spiel it would suggest he has been totally absent with nothing new to offer. He probably needs some friends in San Francisco!
