Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. I've never seen an interest in transparency from management- and don't expect to.

If there were changes made to the "Exclusive Distribution Agreement" with Baxter -and Tigris data was shared with Baxter before the "Interim Enrollment" of 90 patients- contrary to every representation Spectral made on Interim Enrollment. Shareholders would expect to be informed.

This would be for Spectral not Baxter to disclose- as Spectral's BOD would have voted on such a change.
