I wonder how accurate those occupancy(attendance/usage)indexes(srra, kastle)are pre 2020 as I have noticed in several places they make mention that card reader data wasn't being tracked closely before pandemic . So using that 100% baseline seems kinda pie in the sky . I feel like at most there was 80% regular attendance.
