Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. lol.  I see what you did there.

The PMX recipients are not dying to be a part of the mortality stats. And the number of spam filter recipients dying, vis-a-vis the others, is exceeding expectations. Apologies for that bit of crude data humour.

I suspect we'll get some "read between the fine line" assurances - much like we have already have in the past, only maybe just a more. Dawn will reveal the whole puzzle.
