LMSG & DAC

Other than restating what we already know one comment stuck out to me in todays release. Both companies are considering a merger to form one public company. Question is, what will the value of current DAC shares be if a new (joint) public company is created? Appears any final decision is still dragging on, so I just hope they get on with it and get it done soon !
