ARTIS PEOPLEI dont care if Artis is worth $15 and in a firesale we can get $10.  How is Mr Samir going to close this gap?

107m shares x $15 share = 1.5+ BILLION dollars

Who is going to buy this out?

Even at $10 = 1 billion +

No one is going to do that M & A for office.

If he unloads industrial then we get a strong SIB.  I could see his play being leave 40% in a small office reit that they aggressively run NCIBS for
