RE:RE:Why ?I would love to see the company sold outright but that doesn't look like that is what is going to happen. With this lengthy delay a sale of the company would have been announced by now.  What would they be buying ?   An unapproved dermal injection device.  Three stem cell technologies (RCH-01, RCT-01  RCS-01)  which are far from commercialization.   I don't think there are many interested companies.  

With the sale of the company off the table that leaves the insiders taking the company private.  The top 10 insiders own the majority of the company.  I think what is delaying an announcement is convincing these top10 insiders that privatization is a good idea.  

My question is what happens to the non insiders that do not want to participate in this privatization ?
