Six Day Remaining Before Details Released Or S/P Collapse? That is correct!
All this advertising cost, both here and elsewhere, won't do squat, i.e. unless and until a heck of a lot more bankable and bonafide tangible deliverables kind, quality and quantum of information is provided by Hughes Jacquemin and Co.
"Mr. Market" requires many more additional details as to what additional equity investment interest either Heraeus Group, NeoGraf Solutions LLC, Graphex Technologies LLC, etc., have the intention to take up in furthering all that Northern Graphite has proposed.
NGC C-suite representatives need to announce the company has locked down an offtake purchase agreement for that 100 tpa of "PorocarbTM" High-performance porous hard carbon anode and cathode coating additive material product.
An offtake agreement which would also include an initial at least 7 to 10 year commitment to purchasing what would be "PorocarbTM" High-performnace porous hard carbon coating additive enhanced "BAM" component product, which has already collaboratively been developed validated, qualified and certified by and with Heraeus Group battery materials scientists and which is to be manufactured at the Baie Comeau facility; this in addition to immediately purchasing the Germany based 100 tpa production of "PorocarbTM" manufactured product of course.
There is no way that Heraeus Group's battery R&D Group scientists spent 10 years fully developing the "PorocarbTM" anode and cathode additive coating material without already long ago having had said "BAM" additive coating product incorporated with many different battery anode and cathode material component products found within test battery cells and comprehensively performance tested, validated, qualified and certified for use by battery cells manufacturers and their respective automotive manufacturer partners.
There either exists an anouncement of exactly that nature which would soon be publicly disseminated by and on behalf of NGC, Heraeus Group and the offtake purchasing party or parties OR there is not and the NGC.V share price would perhaps consequentially be collapsed down to $0.09 in short order.
Chop, chop Hugues Jacquemin & Co!
Get'er done and make it so!
