Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. The Company is focused on developing pelareorep, an intravenously delivered immunotherapeutic agent that activates the innate and adaptive immune systems and weakens tumor defense mechanisms. This compound induces anti-cancer immune responses and promotes an inflamed tumor phenotype turning cold tumors hot through innate and adaptive immune responses to treat a variety of cancers. ONCY raised approximately $450 million over its lifetime and not $3/4 Billion as one has tried to pass-off. This $450 million is reported in ONCY's financial statements as the "accumulated deficit".

The accumulated deficit represents a basic underlying value of at least US$ 4.25 per share ..... which is one of the reasons why analysts covering ONCY have a near term target value of at least $5+ per share.
