Its France properties include Gaia, Arcueil, Delizy, Metropolitan, Sabliere, and Baldi. Its Germany properties include Trio, Kosching, Neu Isenburg, Stuttgart, Bad Homburg, and Duisburg. Its Spain property is Delgado. The INOVALIS S.A. acts as the manager of the REIT.

Absolutely right; no brainer. The problem is the brain problem is yours.

They will buy out a majority of the shares then reinflate it with good results. Then sell it back to you. That's the only legal play they can make and they can easily do that without dealing with a billion dollar class action from every person that's held the shares over the last 36 months.
