RE:RE:Six Day Remaining Before Details Released Or S/P Collapse?Gorilladome47,

You stated "
The onus is still on this NGC team to deliver the goods like now, not next month. "

The onus has always been on this
"NGC team to deliver the goods".
Hugues recently delivered what would be considered being representative of one quarter of  the battery materials technologies enterprise solution with all that  this Heraeus Group deal entails and the "PorocarbTM" comprehensive IP licensing.
The problem obviously being that the specific additional folllow-on details regarding the entire Heraeus Group deal are nowhere to be found.
There is a necessary offtake purchase agreement for not only the initial 100 tpa manufacturing capacity of anode and cathode High-performance porous hard carbon additive coating product which must be publicly disseminated toot sweet.
Also, should the intention be, as I expect it would be, to juice the share price upward to at least $1.50, so as to allow for the exercising of all those outstanding warrants and have NGC receive and accrue to it's balance sheet all the monies derived from the exercising of such warrants, there needs to be some really special company developments which would necessarily provide the force toward triggering the massive increase
in the NGC.V share price and necessarily sustain such a massive increase in the NGC.V share price long enough to allow for the warrants in question to be exercised.
That shipload of money has to be made to flow onto NGC's balance sheet; and let us not forget whom those warrants holders are.
After all, such warrants holders are certainly not hurting for money and provided the kind, quality and quantum of publicly disseminated company news is up to snuff, I certainly do not expect that "Sprott" and Imerys SA representatives would wait to have the company provide them with notice to either immediately, within 30 days of notice having been provided, exercise the warrants or lose them.
Should the kind, quality and quantum of the arriving company news be precisely as I suspect, the share price is not going to remain at $1.50 for too long before it is made to gap upward once again.
Again, at this point, this is all just a gamble on a working theory I have as to how this should play out.
Obviously, Germany's Heraeus Group's recent involvement with Northern Graphite Corporation simply did not do the trick.
Let's just see the extremely positive share price impact that other company (s) being introduced to the NGC equation could most certanly exert?
Hmm? Which company or companies will it be?
BASF, Umicore, Renault's Ampere, Stellantis, Volkswagen, Ford?
