RE:New Press Release - E3 Lithium Outlines 2024 Corporate Guidance and its Plans to Advance the Clearwater Project"The completion of the PFS is a major milestone for these discussions to mature towards sale contracts."
Chris said last Oct/Nov, the US wanted to see E3 has Agreements 1st, to see the lithium is staying here, before IRA kicks-in.
So my guess is --- after the report is legally filed, then the final discussions begin. With market activity, cut-backs, lay-offs, etc...etc, E3 won't & shouldn't be now rushing into any deals. Things change & that's been happening since Q3 2023.
From start Q4 to this release, has turned into loose ends being skipped over & things pushed out.
1 example:
So far, the battery grade has not been verified to shareholders, via the 3rd party evaluation that was to be done. So don't like seeing when juniors start playing word puzzles. Go from clarity, to word soup.
But anywho.....@ this point, take the pr's for what they say & no more expecting / assuming, outstanding surprises because it seems/should, have all this great back-room support going on.
When a junior goes from clarity, on-time tasks, to needing production land, Feasability costs, permitting, long-lead items paid for, talking about exploring all the land, with only $30m in the bank.....then take it for what it is & expect another PP.
Which would be ok....but not @ this point is due to including millions on exploring/sample costs.
Other than also why spend exploring claims just to keep people employed, when you have 16mt's, that should be upgraded further, 1st.
Which for a junior, in this current situation, means there is not near-term partnership.
The webinar will be a reiteration of what was said in 2023, for 2024 events.
Now, just add at least 4-6 months to each those 2024 milestone.
Shall see....
