Since mid January (when volume seemed to pick up), there has been approx 4.5 million shares traded. And that is calculated based on Stockwatch which I don't think includes Germany and the ASX, which has also really pick up in trading so I think they are selling there also.

They are not insiders, and I think they need to own less than a certain % of shares to not need to declare buying or selling (correct me if I'm wrong please, I'm really not sure but that rings a bell to me).

They have to own a certain amount of shares or less and at this rate, I think we must be approaching that very quickly.
