Maybe a reread of that news release is needed and probably get someone to explain it. Only Jan. 16th, 2024 was written in stone.

For those interested in factual news the shorts are down to 24,822 as of Jan.15th and personaaly speaking for myself if I were that sure Ch. 11 was a done deal , I think one should have the nerve to short it a millon or 2. That is my opinion.
Another fact, Chapter 11 is American, Last I checked VM is Canadian.
