Indeed -he said small commercial scale - that presumably would allow discussions with the market
if positive production capacity would need to be achieved for meaningful scale size, go to market steps needed to put in place
These steps are what gives a time horizon well down the road
If the ceo was indicating these tiime scales one would assume he had done his homework before broadcasting
