As the last remaining founder if Onc, he does hold the patents of the corperationn & as part of founding agreements, the founders were to be paid a perpetual royalties from any income directly related to the sale, lease or s partnership Pelareorep.
At onset was a small amount, being single digit %.
The departing founders were paid out some exit setelment & forfitted their fixture royalty rights.
The royalty payout comes with a built- in annual reduction. Meaning less % to be paid as each year passes.
Could even be b3 zero now, i don't know. Definitely not what it oncee was.
motivation? Conflict of interest ?
simple math & logic even Armed can understand, there is HUGE motivation for Matt to get Pela approved, or a business deal ASAP.
The longer it waits, his royalty % drops each year.
FWIW , he was paid about $30k royalties out of The $5 million upfront deal done with A.N. Back in 2017.
The number showed up in financials.
Riding that into our friend Uber , who goes to great lengths proclaiming Onc is a scam,.
The opportunity for perpetual royalties from on- going sales of Pela for cancer treatments, plus his shares & options, far exceeds his annual wages.
Keep in mind , Matt held just over a million shares presplit. Yes now 100k shares or so.
his share value has depreciated just as everyone else's
Yes her earns an annual salary.
So did the CEO of boing! He lied to congress, allowed the second flight to kill a second plane load of people.
Yes he was let go. An amazing severance in the tens of millions.

What has ONC accomplished ?
Well yes, 25 years of misdirected trials. Yet within last few years massive accomplishments.
alongside Roche , they have quickly ( in Onc & biotech time), moved forward and obtained fast track approval from FDA for Pela to be moved into phase 3 for both Pancreatic cancer & MBC.
As well as after a competitive process approval from Pan Can to be part of the precicion promise program they had in place.

The legally bound analysts ( 6 or so) , who who have been following Onc for years.

All of the trials announced. Yes some failed , some were great, some so- so...were all prefaced by co- therapy agreements.
Using the existing Roche Gobblet as an example. Prior to the start was precluded by extensive due diligence on the side of Roche.
tecentrique is one of their lead cancer drugs. They would NOT EVEN THINK of associating thier corporate name & especially the good name if tecentriq with a fraud.
Uber howver claims superior knowledge, supported by his circus, so please let Roche know ASAP
afterall, they just announced an advancement of the 3rd out of 4 trial cohorts.
