so the QRRremains off (also save costs?) as it is not required for these initiatives.   That's fair enough.  I was not clear either so I asked and he responded promptly.   He usually does.  


I am wary to buy back in until the capital can be secured to continue r&d or a sale of something to generate revenue is in the books.  Until then this is too much risk for me.  Already lost 70k here so not look8ng to add more to that figure...
