Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. Because the FDA is the only one who coulld make such a determination, and the FDA was never going to look at it- the was fabricated completely by MM.

The people that were going to look at it were Baxter- who now suddenly have no interest- saying they are paying their tiny ante - "blind".
