RE:RE:RE:Rick Rule on JRs, bet on the managment last partRick Rule is a "pump and dump" con man.He even looks and talks like a slimeball used car salesman. 
I've listened to that goof and followed any of his " pumps" go to zero.
His opinion is worthless.
