RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:WallIf it would be for other reason, such as to make the company look more attractive for an aquisition, etc, would this still not be a form of insider trading if this was the case? He is free to sell his shares if he needs the funds etc, but he is doing it to manipulate the stock price, would this not be insider trading? I guess how would one prove that though. Realistically he knows more then we all do, and he is probably taking advantage of all of us buying in at slow increments while he offloads and cashes in on his huge gains, knowing this company isn't selling anytime soon. Would be nice to have a statement from Cynthia outlining concerns, objectives, where we are at with USCG, etc. We want to hear from Cynthia directly.
