WCS is 60 bucks now and last year less than 60 at this time and production is at an all time high.

WCS is tightening as TMX startup nears.

All CAD Oil stocks especially heavy oil weighted stocks are undervalued some by 50% to 100% as they clear their debt and return more capital to shareholders.
