I personally increased my position after the call, it's clear something is in the works but awaiting PFS and formal agreements.
In terms of timing, having worked in capital projects for over a decade, E3 is doing things right by putting the importance of front end work being right rather then fast and wrong. Projects that take this approach tend to do better in Execution. That being said, I see a bump in the $600M price tag coming.
