RE:RE:RE:RE:SPthey want to first get to investment grade status before instituting a buyback.    that's the main reason the stock is currently uninvestable to advisors.     for canada specifically you want to reinstate a dividend to before instituting buybacks, if you want institutional exposure.     i think they should list in the US personally
