Do you eat them like cookies and have two or more at a sitting or per day? As part of a balanced diet they could be seen as healthy. Eat them with your Quaker oats porridge. There are also more claims than just cholesterol lowering. CZO also has very high quality oat beta glucan which could produce better results and could ultimately have PGX-OBG impregnated with avenanthramide or other bioactive to enhance claims.
