The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. RE:What happensn+-othing...  blackrock moved N2 the donbass as Mendivest and started buying the properties vlad was part owner w in or around 2006..  putin bailed out his partner bak in 2020/2021 to the tune of 450M$ USD..

theproperties in question/parts there of and what his old partner owns today is legacy...  Mendivest owns the avastoval steel/maripol - the advika coke plant - the rolled steel mill up river that is 40% owned by Clevland Cliffs/Ohio...

Vlad Payla has been gone for 20+ years in the donbass operations..   that company vlad payla started selling wet coal - now employs 90,000 people in that area...

BR will loose the properties in the donbass and areas annexed by vlad russia..  russia has been placing these companies into recivership - replacing managments w russians - issuing new stocks and slowly buying these sanctionae companies out...

dragging v;ad payla N2 - what appers 2B an orderly squeeze short of nationalizations - this as a olgioarch; is not how this will play out..  where this too happen then all affilates would immediately B sanctioned for asset siezure..  i.e. Nev gold - newmont - hudbay - trip flaggin - rio and an endless list  with Hits..

whats jumpin joe gonna doo..  come in and grab all of the propereties - shutter the properties and firre all of the empoyees..  was vlad payla part of that early donbass..  yes he was...  its illogical to speculate that NCI is siezed...  here in the USA  the feds simply sieze anything/everything like a tax lein or yatch...  ther is no middle ground..
