Board renewal should be a constant in any Company. Board renewal should not be looked at as a negative. Board renewal is an opportunity to introduce new ideas, and new thinking to a buinsess and also to shake up any relationships which have become to fixed and inelastic.

I believe we will see changes to the proposed slate of Board nominees for this coming AGM.
