RE:DDD: Your Proposal160k... I found it interesting, and/or entertaining to read your past posts.
you have obviously been around a long time and are one of the most knowledgeable posters on the board.
I expect when you go to the head office, they will tell you exactly what you want to hear.
You were way down 7 years ago when you encouraged buying. I expect you are further down now.

I really do not believe that management salary is that much of a problem given that only a couple at the top actually make the big buckeroos. If you want top-notch, highly experienced, extremely well-connected (and known) management, then you have to pay...and pay well. "
-----------------------------------
You feel the current management is worth the current money. I think the costs of current management are atrocious. They have not delivered on anything they have stated they would do.. The monies they raised were at crazy interest rates despite all the apparent well connected and known management. The last and biggest exploration program was a total bust in my opinion. They keep raising money at lower and lower rates.
I understand your hesitation about a share consolidation, which you have been against for many years. But with a sub .10 share price, this company, most people except speculators won't even look at.
So you support the management salaries. I think management is paid double what they are worth. They have not produced. But.... an extra half a million a year in management fees is nothing compared to the $5-6 million in interest that is accumulating on the Nebari facility.
So cutting the management salaries, which will never pass (good idea though DDD) is really not very significant.
I think that management had years to grow this company, and have not performed. That is my opinion.
The last and biggest drill program was a total failure in my mind. A monkey throwing darts could not have ended up with worse results in my opinion. Now they want to start randomly drilling in the newly obtained leases. looking for a few needles in a hay field?
Good luck....
