More importtantly the one thing to always remember is that never in the history of either of these companies has management ever taken a descision with the best interests of shareholders as the guiding principal.  

Managment was, is ,and will always be self serving. 

I love the dropping of the oat chewy thing in the NR. Nobody had ever heard of this thing and I would bet anything that we will never hear it mentioned ever again. Just a quick throw away lie to help pad the "Pipeline" for the vote.
