Pump and dump

Pump and dump90% of online users on CEO.ca are a bunch of fake accounts created by moderators to give the illusion that there is lots of people to try to attract buyers.   If someone says anything negative about the stock or the company they block their account for a few days. 
This is happening with NILI and AMQ.
