RE:Who is listening? From Sudbury, it is good that you read the bullboards in my opinion and would tender a guess you are tired of the narrative. The real problem is in how the company is operating or not operating, not about what posters are saying. The reason for the upset shareholders remarks is due to the company's own making. I don't agree with the company's tactics. There was a long list of facts put out by a poster that was removed for example, why? There is a definite appearance of legal overlording here. By contrast, the defamation they have uttered about the co founder is simply gross. Quite apart from that, the destructuring of the company has no upside in my opinion. Have you read the Omnibus proposal in the information circular? Do you not see, there is a likelihood of selling the company at some point and all the insiders will get a benefit from the "omnibus" but not the shareholders. Why would you think there is an upside when we are being devalued by over 35% and for what? Why would anyone go along with a private placement that was shoved through the door at holiday time before an expected AGM announcement, guaranteeing the current management control for the foreseeable and built on falsehoods? I hope the right people or agencies are listening, thinking and prepared to protect shareholders from these outrageous operators. My guess is this post will be pulled down too.
