Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. The Company develops and commercializes a treatment for septic shock utilizing its Endotoxin Activity Assay (EAA) diagnostic and the Toraymyxin therapeutic (PMX). My take on the 13.5 was that it was what Baxter has participated cumulatively to date, So initial 5mm payment when distribution was signed, 2.5mm first convertible, 2.5 second convertible, and then the 2mm at the 90 patient milestone. That's 12mm and I'm not going to waste time going back to see which of those were in USD or CAD. I think there are much better things to think/talk about than this insignificant issue to the big picture.
