But you still have to ask your self - why is their occupancy still below average levels? Many competitors have recovered - what's wrong with CSH?

The break-up with Welltower speaks volumes to me.

If they can hold on for 3 or 5 years they will do OK as at that point many will no longer have other viable options unless of course the current retirement builds that are planned by competitors come through.
